I never knew I needed that kind of cookie cake until now.
Couldn’t eat the castle either. I’d just stare at it all day!
These are all adorable (the flower mosaic is my favorite). But the trouble I have with fancy cookies is I can't imagine they taste great. They'd have to be pretty hard to hold up (especially the 3D ones),and I really can't get into royal icing. But there's a benefit to not being tempted to eat something - then you could preserve these beautiful works of art!
