What's a Wreck?

A Cake Wreck is any cake that is unintentionally sad, silly, creepy, inappropriate - you name it. A Wreck is not necessarily a poorly-made cake; it's simply one I find funny, for any of a number of reasons. Anyone who has ever smeared frosting on a baked good has made a Wreck at one time or another, so I'm not here to vilify decorators: Cake Wrecks is just about finding the funny in unexpected, sugar-filled places.

Now, don't you have a photo you want to send me? ;)

The World's Cutest Carrot Jockey

John and I are cooped up in a hotel room in Toronto right now, so odds are we won't get to see many cute trick-or-treaters tonight. Fortunately, Becca B. sent us something to make up for it, though: The World's Cutest Carrot Jockey.

BEHOLD!!

Thanks for the treat, Becca B. and Jockey Dan!

So adorable! I do, however, have to point out that he was neither naked nor mohawked!

Thanks for noticing the helmet Cat. There's no way my 2 yr old is going on 16H of horse without a helmet (even though he's an awesome kids horse). There's no way he's going on any size horse without one.

Good heavens I cannot believe you did not give us Canadians the exact location of your hotel. I feel so terribly slighted as a Canadian. You don't really even like Canada do you? I will cry in my maple syrup.

Oh and SUPER FREAKING CUTE Carrot Jokey!!!

he he.

Is the horse called Carrot or something? Also, when are you coming to the UK, and Wales in particular?
